Hamid Zaman is the dynamic Chairman of Sefam (Pvt) and Sarena Textile Industries (Pvt) Limited. He holds a B.Com from Hailey College and an MBA from Utah State University. In 1984, he revolutionized textile retail in Pakistan by launching Sefam Pvt Ltd, which grew to over 550 POS before its demerger in 2023. In 1995, he took Sefam international by establishing a retail presence in Dubai. In 2001, he founded Sarena Textile Industries, a leading vertically integrated factory cluster. He is also committed to humanitarian efforts, founding the Zaman Foundation in 2005.
