In the opinion of the Executive Committee, any person who is fit and proper for membership in the Society can be a member. The person may apply for membership on the prescribed form. The annual membership fee is 5000 Rs in 2024. Members are granted access to all activities organized by Alliance Française Lahore and have exclusive access to a range of activities.

Members are entitled to vote in all General Meetings. They are also entitled to vote for and be elected as members of the Executive Committee.

The Executive Committee consists of 12 members. It manages, controls, and administers the Alliance Française. Among its members, the Executive Committee elects a President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer. The Executive Committee delegates some of its powers to a director.
